Arctos Media LLC is an independent, ad-free American media company. It operates Pixel Politics, a reader-funded news network built on citations, archived sources, and public corrections.
The company exists to prove a simple idea: news can be honest, cited, and accessible, and still be worth your time. Every factual claim on our pages links a source, every original we rebut is archived before we touch it, and when we get something wrong it goes in the public corrections log. We carry no advertising and take no sponsorships; the only people we answer to are readers - see about the newsroom, how we work, and our methodology.
Are you related to Arktos Media?
No. Arctos Media LLC has no affiliation, connection, or common ownership with Arktos Media, a European publisher known for far-right literature. We chose our name with no idea they existed - "arctos" is simply the Greek word for bear, as in Ursus arctos - and by mission and method we are their opposite: an American newsroom whose whole practice is citations, archived sources, and public corrections.
