Court's in session. Phones on silent, brains on. The defendant tried to make you prove you are a citizen, in writing, before you are allowed to vote. Not with a law. With an executive order, signed alone, at a desk. A federal judge just read that order, and made her answer permanent. Let's read the ruling.

Exhibit A. The order required documentary proof of citizenship just to register, and demanded that every mail-in ballot land by Election Day or die. Sounds tidy. In practice it is a paperwork tollbooth on a right that is supposed to be free.

And here is the ruling, from Judge Denise Casper, in Boston. Quote: the Constitution does not grant the President any specific powers over elections. Read that twice. The most powerful man in the country picked up a pen to rewrite how you vote, and a judge handed it back and said, this was never yours to hold.

“The Constitution does not grant the President any specific powers over elections.”
— Judge Denise Casper

Now the cross examination. He justified all of this with widespread illegal voting and fraud. So the court asked the Justice Department for the evidence. And the Justice Department came back with... nothing. The judge said they failed to demonstrate the fraud they claimed. The whole house was built on a ghost.

THE EVIDENCE OF FRAUD

  • The claim: 'widespread' illegal voting
  • The DOJ's proof: none
  • The judge: 'failed to demonstrate' it

So who benefits? Not honest elections, they were already honest, that is the whole point. The order would have disenfranchised thousands of perfectly legal voters who simply do not carry a passport to the grocery store. When you cannot find the fraud, but you can find the people you would rather not have voting, that tells you what the order was actually for.

WHO BENEFITS?

  • Not 'election integrity' (zero fraud found)
  • It just blocks legal voters without papers
  • The pretext was fraud; the point was the gate

So here is the verdict, and a judge already wrote most of it for me. You do not need a king's permission slip to vote. The President does not run elections, the people do, and today a court made that permanent. They will try again. They always do. Watch the hands, not the mouth. Defense rests. You do not have to. I'm Madeline.

THE VERDICT

  • The President doesn't run elections
  • No fraud - so no excuse
  • The block is now PERMANENT
